• Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries, ensuring a fair and consistent application of all HR policies and procedures.
• Recruitment – Including the development of job descriptions, personel specifications, preparation of advertisements, managing and reviewing applications, short-listing, arranging and conducting interviews and selection of candidates, creation of offer paperwork and new employee induction and processing.
• Manage and monitor the probationary review process in line with 60 days reviews for all starters.
• Administer all HR related documentation and communications, including but not limited to such items as offer letters, contracts of employment, exit interviews, terminations and benefits information.
• Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
• Establish and maintain the HR Database, ensuring that the database is kept up to date, is accurate and complies with all relevant legislation.
• Administer any staff benefits, maintaining accurate records and liaising with payroll.
• Work closely with each department, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Liaise with Savills Vietnam HR Department as and when required.
