- Assist Sales Manager to control business & staff of DB channel.
- Follow and control activities of DB channel.
- Deploy and follow sales strategy, plan, policy and incentive system.
- Propose methods to improve, develop sales situation.
- Make periodical sales report and report upon request.
- Be responsible to work with all of distributors to perform sales target, ensure distributor payment for promotion fee and other always be settle completely and on time.
- Develop system of distributor at the reasonable time.
- Plan, lead, monitor and supervise Sales Supervisor, Sales Assistant & Merchandiser in term of sales target, merchandizing, MCP and distribution expansion.
- Plan, lead and supervise Merchandisers and PG at display shops and High Traffic Outlets ( H.T.O ).
- Deliver the sales volume target for both real sales and shipment.
- Understand about market & market situation and directly report to Sales Manager regarding to sales volume, sales staff performance, new channel development, competitors’ activities, DB performance & improvement in term of distribution expansion, merchandizing, reporting system…
