- Working location: Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Sapa, Phu Quoc, Vung Tau, Long Hai, Ho Tram, Tay Ninh, Can Tho, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue... and other small cities in region
***Key responsibility
- To sustain existing business and service them in accordance with highest Dilmah brand standards and to secure new businesses and service them accordingly.
- To identify special Food Service customers (5 stars International Chain & 4,5 stars local chain & other HORECA channel) and develop individual plans to strengthen relationship and develop the business through improved pro-active work program.
- To establish a database of Food Service customers - maintain and update database to maximize sales opportunities and to strengthen relationship.
*Sales Target: To achieve the set sales targets and distribution objectives in the region assigned
*Training customers: To conduct end-user training to maximize Food Service opportunities
*Promotion Program: To launch an annual Food Service initiative with special promotional programs to increase customer loyalty and induce new customers and to assist our distributors in expanding Food Service sales.
* Point of Sales Material: Manage, Issue as per company instruction and maintain proper inventory records.

To make monthly report of:
1. Sales (weekly, monthly & quarterly)
2. New opening account
3. Training
4. Existing customers
5. Break through
