- Work closely with Marketing for the checklist, content for all the upcoming events.
- Work with Marketing for the design, social post for all entertainment activities
- Work with Security for the security plan for each event and the timeline for the event that need the support from security team.
- Work with F&B for the action, set up and flow event, vouchers in details.
- Internal communication with all departments for the events’ inquiries such as Information center, reservation, engineer, purchasing, finance, sales, investment, HR….
- Work with suppliers to get the products on time for the events.
- Report for the event about revenue, number of guest showed up and activities
- Inform all HODs, departments about the up coming events and entertainment schedule
- Push all entertainment team member for the deadline for all tasks assigned such as proposal, schedule…
- Prepare contracts and payment process with accountant.
- Manage and supervise the team before and during the event.
- Make the schedule for entertainment activities including walking street activities and outlet activities.
- Collect all report from team member daily and for special events
- Do final checks at the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
- In charge of the personnel: recruitment, planning work schedules, monitoring. Maintain good staff relations, ensuring fair and equitable discipline. Investigates and actions the causes of staff grievances.
