QA Officer

Dept: Quality Department – Jollibee Vietnam Commissary
. Report to: QA Manager
Location: Commisarry at Long An Province
A. Main responsibility:
1. Maintain and improve Quality Assurance system as ISO 22000 standard
- Build up material follow the ISO 22000 Standard
- Edit, update, complete all template, instruction, procedure to maximize the effectiveness based on ISO Standard
- Discuss and cooperate with related department to verify the procedure before officially releasing
- Manage and save all documents related to QA Department. Investigate all record document from Production and warehouse to make sure have correct action to fix the issue
- Keep on track the progress of other department, suppliers about improvement & prevention on risk
2. Access Supplier capacity
- Periodically or suddenly investigate/supervise the production procedure of Supplier, warehouse, logistics…
- Access Supplier capacity before purchasing goods
3. Training and coaching
- Compose material to implement training, coaching to other Department/individuals about Quality assurance ISO system
- Coaching to Supplier, transportation about the standard of truck, arranging and delivering goods

- Graduated from University or higher with major in QA, QC/Food technology
- Have 2-4 years experiences in ISO at Food Factory (F&B industrial is preferable)
- Age 30-40
- Good at English, computer skill (word, excel, power point, project)
- Hard working, can work well under pressure, team work
- Soft skill: communication, presentation, planning, analysis, making decision and understand yourself
