* Responsible for procurement process including research of resources, negotiation and conclusion a contact in order to meet the company’s requirements.
- Receive & analyse purchase requirement from other Departments
- Create purchasing plan for company’s critical projects
- Deal with local and international vendors due to project requirements
- Negotiate with suppliers for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service)
- Advice and consult other Departments on specification of goods and services
- Be the contact point for suppliers on all issue relating to the purchases
- Collect and prepare documents for payments.
- Prepare reports by request of Head of Procurement.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of Procurement
- At least 1 years’ experience working in procurement.
- Experience in purchasing goods/licenses for IT projects
- Good verbal & oral communication skills
- Good negotiation skill
- Good English
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel...
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration or business -related areas
