Production Group Leader

- Hand Welding experience/ Có kinh nghiệm hàn tay (hàn nhựa, hàn cơ khí)
- Some Japanese/ Biết giao tiếp tiếng nhật
- Reading Drawing /Biết đọc bản vẽ
- Understanding Production control process/Hiểu quy trình kiểm soát sản xuất

- Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành có liên quan
- Tuổi từ 32-39
- Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 3 năm vị trí giám đốc nhà máy hoặc giám đốc sản xuất nhà máy quy mô trên 300
- Tư duy tốt, cải tiến, nhanh nhẹn
- Có khả năng quản lý con người, nhân lực tốt
- Cầu tiến, nhiệt tình trông công việc
- Làm việc tại Hưng yên
*University degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields
*3+ years Operations/Manufacturing experience with 3+ manufacturing (packaging solution, plastic or paper) leadership experience preferred
*Demonstrated successful experience in leading and managing individuals and teams
*Knowledge of assigned manufacturing industry preferred
*Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow and improvement strategies (e.g. ELS, continuous flow, cellular, etc.) and the ability to integrate those into the operation
*Demonstrated understanding of financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing environment.
*Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution.
*Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
*Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
