• Proactively and professionally analyze customer needs. Based on analysis develop and improve the company’s products and services, be a useful contact point between department and other units, between company and other partners.
• Design and develop new product programs in retail banking. Analyze customer needs, develop business cases, design new products, develop product profitability models, support systems, reporting and monitoring for products.
* Key responsibilities
• Research and analyze customer needs, be able to interpret them and develop effective customer solutions – products and services.
• Design new products and product concepts including product profitability models
• Design products including product features, procedures, support material
• Product launch plans including marketing support and sales staff training
• Product monitoring and reporting methodology
• Independently manage projects (development of retail banking products and services)
• Define project steps, tasks and milestones
• Manage project resources, investments, manage projects in timely manner
• Monitor progress, make adjustments as necessary to mitigate risks
• Escalate whenever necessary
• Deliver results
• Participate in projects dealing with development of retail banking products and services as team member or team leader
• Show initiative in increasing efficiency of products and services
• Report to Head of Product development
