- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred
- At least two years of previous experience as related position
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels across orgnization
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Be honest with sense of responsibility
