Operation Manager

- Responsible for day-to-day operation, including business negotiation, quotation, customs clearance handling and risk management etc.

- Manage the internal team and set internal KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and achieve the corporate objectives.

- Conduct business analysis of internal performance and market information.

- Liaise with customers, vendors and forwarders for the provision of smooth processing and logistic flow

- Manage communication between project sales, customer, and overseas agents, offices and customers

- Report to General Manager on a regular basis and contribute to corporate decisions.

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Higher Diploma or above in logistics / business related field

- At least 5 years solid experience in position of Operation Manager

- Organized, responsible and good time management skill

- Able to work independently and is a quick learner

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, detail-minded, able to work under pressure

- Familiar with Indo-China or South East Asia is an essential

- Familiar with MS Office including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word

- Good command of both spoken & written English, Chinese is an optional.

- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Good team player and positive personality

- Immediate available preferred.
