Office Assistant

* Job Description

To assist Dy. Director (Vietnamese) for :-
- Preparing quotations.
- Contact suppliers.
- Follow up client on the status of the quotation/ bid submitted via email and telephone.
- Send company profile to new clients.
- Set meetings with clients for Dy. Director for the company profile presentation.
- Shipping. 

* Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree or Associate Degree or Diploma.

- At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly in Excel.
- Team player with Integrity, Passion and with high sense of Responsibility.
- Self-motivated, can work under minimal supervision.
- Physically and Mentally fit.
- Willing to work at Dist. 6 Ho Chi Minh City.
- Full-Time position available.
