Nhân Viên Văn Phòng/officier Position

- Contact with customer by phone, email & fax
- Make quotation according to customer request
- Follow up the quotation with customer and gather information from customer
- Prepare customer order and arrange delivery to customer
- Follow up the payment from customer 
- Prepare the relevant report to manager
- Direct report to manager
- And some other related work that given by manager

- Lập báo giá theo yêu cầu khách hàng
- Theo dõi báo giá và tổng hợp thông tin từ khách hàng.
- Chuẩn bị đơn hàng cho khách hàng và sắp xếp giao hàng
- Theo dõi công nợ của khách hàng
- Chuẩn bị những báo cáo liên quan đến quản lý
- Báo cáo trực tiếp cho quản lý
- Và một số công việc có liên quan do quản lý yêu cầu.)

- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma, College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese or English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Staffs specializing in Sales- Telesales/Telemarketing and admin or equivalent.
- Hard working, self - discipline, good communication skill and fast learner
- Rage of age: 23 – 40 (Female)

Working time: Monday – Friday: 8:00 -12:00, 13:00-17:00. 
Saturday: 8:00 -12:00. Sunday off.
Probationary period: Normally 2 months (or based on your ability)
Net Salary: 6.000.000 - 10.000.000 vnd 
Others based on Vietnamese labor law.
(Thời gian làm việc: T2-T6: 8:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00
T7: 8:00-12:00, Chủ Nhật nghỉ.
Lương chính: 6.000.000-10.000.000 vnđ
