Market Development Cum Vegetable Specialist

Main objectives:
Support Managers develop Vegetable market as well as distributor channel and ensure sales and collection achievement of Vegetable segment
Support Area Sales Managers/Sales & Marketing Manager to enhance the Rice/Corn market
Support Manager to maintain relationships with distributors, customers, and sales team members to ensure the future success of a company.
Study and analyze Market trends & Create product’s demand
Promotes products and services to potential and existing customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Customer Portfolio, Sales Target & Forecast and Activities Master Plan.
- Responsible for Dealer Relationship Management and Customer relationship management.
- Focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Support Sales & Marketing Manager research on market & competitor activities to develop suitable marketing strategies, market development plan
- Implement effective marketing communication campaigns and sales presentations
- Communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships/database
- Support Managers to launch New Product; and sampling of new products to the consumers
- Forecast and track actual product usage (Product On Ground) for Vegetable segment
- Responsible for liquidation of vegetable seed stock.
- Lay out trials, demos and conduct field activities (training programs and field days) for vegetables
- Forcing and urging payment for Vegetable segment from partners/customers
- Inventory Management and Stock Auditing (price cutting, return) for Vegetable segment
- Create questionnaires and surveys; Implement the required surveys
- Manage the branding/promotion activities via social media channels like Companys website, fanpage etc
- Support Sales team during season to improve liquidation
- Translate documents and support in conversation wherever needed

- Graduate from University with agriculture related majors
- Good self- management skill
- Good Reporting skill & Good Presentation skill (proficient in word, excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English & Communication skill
- Able to travel frequently across Vietnam and work under very high pressure
- Flexible, aggressive, target orientation
- Supportive and service minded
- Understand competitor products available in market, convey the required information to the management regarding new products that can be started to improve our presence in seeds field
- Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs
