- Assist personnel with installation, configuration and going usability of system hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
- Monitoring, maintaining and verifying functionality of hardware and software components
- Setting up accounts for new users and possibly training more junior staff members
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
- Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
- Conduct daily network backup operations
