Take ownership for Business requirements to deliver end-to-end related to core systems/applications, includes: manage request, gathering requirement, consult business user for IT solution, create specification documents for IT internal team, follow up development stage, participate testing/deployment, support early production issue.
[Day to Day activities]
- Direct implement or support BA/Sr. BA to do business requirements/change requests
- Conduct analysis of business and user needs in order to understand requirements. Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users.
- Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/document that can be used by SW Development/System and DBA/Architect team to implement on systems/applications.
- Working closely with IT development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements.
- Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, and system/application design.
- Create document proposal for complex requirements. Make reports about user requirements, list of documentation, process of change requests
- Training/handover to IT Support team: Use obtained knowledge during the requirement analysis and systems/applications implementation to design, plan and deliver user training to IT service desk/ IT Application Support teams (as the case may be).
[People Management]
- Manage the workload of a team (4-5 persons)
- Support team member to finish their works through developing and maintaining working framework
- Provide couching for team member according to the business priorities
- Develop the plan for budget and resources for the team
[Planning/budgeting]
- Support Unit Head of IT BA - Core in annual planning and budgeting for the team
- Overall responsible to plan and execute the team operation to ensure within the approved budget and headcount
[Education]: University degree, preferably in IT or relevant areas.
[Experience]
- 3 years’ experience in banking/ financial company or products (origination/ servicing/ collections)
- 5 - 6 years of experiences in System Development/ Business Analysis
- Work in full SDLC for at least 3-4 projects/systems
- At least 2 years’ experience in managing teams
[Technical skills]
- BA overall skills (gather requirement, create technical documents)
- Strong flowcharting techniques, BPMN
- Exp. In Loan Origination (Credit Policy/Credit Scoring Underwriting, etc.) and Core Banking/Lending Platform (Finacle/FinnOne LMS/others, etc) covering the modules like Loan Management, General Ledger, etc.
- Exp. to build a new system from scratch would be advantage
- Exp. to SOA principle system integrations would be advantage
- Exp. to any ERP/CRM system would be advantage
- Exp. to work with some popular databases (MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL) include querying data, writing functions/store procedures, etc.
- Exp. to propose/design the solution/system architecture would be advantage
- Exp. to perform SIT/UAT to ensure the quality of the project/systems
[General skills]
- Strong logical thinking, critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills for both Vietnamese and English languages
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong management, presentation skills
- Willing to learn new things and take the ownership of some specific domains
- 13th month salary
