Scope: The expectation for the role is managing full cycle of internal event: planning, designing message, logistics support, internal communication content, employee feedback, filming through Year end party, Teambuilding, Company Trip, Noel, Tet and other internal events.

- Plan, implement all internal event on schedule.
- Closely cooperate with partners, department and stakeholders in process of implementing activities.
- Ensure that the campaigns communicate right requested message.
- Ensure satisfaction of staff for events.
- Control budget for event.
- Support for other communication activities.
- Support Employer Branding, culture values Communication, information of working environment, regulation, policies to all staffs.
