- Monitor Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, follow and pay the sickness leave, maternity leave,... or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis.
- Be in charge of making new visa, extending visa, registering resident card and work permit for all foreigners
- Support to HR manager to set up Company’s regulations, disciplines, rules, compensation and benefit policy,... in accordance with the local Law and buyers’ standards. Update and follow up it every year timely.
- Supervise the timekeeping, overtime, monthly salary payroll, ensure payment monthly on time in confidential and accurately.
- Supervise canteen to ensure quality of meal for employees.
- Control & solve any arising issues related to Cleaning team.
- Make HR statistic reports, social insurance reports when assigned.
- Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
