- Manpower management, machinery, engineering, production operations of the workshop, Manage and operate all activities at the factory
- Plan and implement the production plan to ensure the delivery schedule on time, ensure delivery and receive the quantity & quality of products between the shipping unit and the factory. Organize goods in stock according to the law.
- Operating, supervising and inspecting the entire operation of the departments to ensure compliance with the quality process of the Company
- Assign work to the parts of the factory to ensure the production schedule and quality according to standards, take measures to motivate employees to fulfill their tasks.
- Manage all machinery, equipment, supplies, finished products, semi-finished products, warehouses and goods under the scope of factory management. Check and supervise the entire implementation of processes, production and assembly stages to overcome errors and improve production efficiency;
- Researching and searching for new technical solutions applied in production, improving product quality, Implementing research activities, improving technologies, improving production processes at factories; Monitor, review and maintain the production line equipment, implement solutions to handle problems in the production process; product management and quality control.
- Develop effective measures and policies for work management such as: Operation regulations; Production process; Technical regulations, personnel assessment, reward and labor discipline
- Report on production activities on a regular basis for senior management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of relevant KPIs.
- Plan and carry out maintenance activities to ensure high availability of the plant.
- Manage the accurate and timely introduction of new products.
- Ensure that environmental standards and procedures, health & safety and quality are complied with, Coordinate inventory activities to align with storage age according to fire safety regulations
- Advising the management board to solve problems related to the operation of the workshop

- Male, Age: 35 - 45 years old
- Graduated from University, majors related to Engineering / Production Management / Industry, ...
- Experience: at least 5-7 years working in the same position in manufacturing companies
- Good Japanese speaking and writing,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Ability to withstand high work pressure
- Strong skills in leadership and production planning / control
- Working at Japanese companies specializing in manufacturing.
