***RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for company brands e-commerce (EC) sale performance. :
• Responsible for end-to-end EC performance including sales, promotions, availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, on-platform inventory, after-sales service etc.
• Manage EC pages and the company’s online sales channel.
• Develop and implement sales strategies with team.
• Collecting and evaluating competitive information, customers and e-commerce market.
• Manage reporting of sales and planned sales/margin forecasts.
• Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions
• Liaise with EC partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
