Developer Coordinator

- Understand Current Development items and Status both FK & FKV
- Follow up each stage of development samples as Customer demand and track
- Communication with Customer(Nike & Factory) properly and reply(feedback)
- Share the latest update information(Key information) with related department (Internal)
- Update Item information(season, stage, FC, material spec, price, weight and so on) frequently
- Any technical issues on the product, should inform to related dept. and can feedback to customer either the solution or alternative
- Development Sample following (Status update including outsourcing, ETC/ETD, S/D)
- CBD Creation and Update for existing & new products
- Follow up and take care of Nike / PCN / VP / VJ / DS(CS) / IY / VL
- Managing outsourcing company on Development samples
** Duty :
- Update development items and Status for both FK & FKV weekly based.
- Follow up each stage of development samples as Customer demand and track
- Communication with Customer(Nike & Factory) properly and reply(feedback)
- Share the latest update information(Key information) with related department (Internal)
- Update Item information(season, stage, FC, material spec, price, weight and so on) frequently
- Any technical issues on the product, should inform to related dept. and can feedback to customer either the solution or alternative
- Development Sample following (Status update including outsourcing, ETC/ETD, S/D)
- CBD Creation and Update for existing & new products
- Input PO to ERP
- Inform internal Dept. about new PO from customer
- Inform customer ETD or update PO status
- Controll quality from supplier for sample item
- Summarize on-hand development sample status including tracking report twice a month by customer
- Update Monthly Report under support by developer

- Suggest personal opinion related to the development project
- Suggest development sample plan to customer
- Suggest organizational structure for development team
* Knowledges - skills
- English
- Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.)
- Communication skills
- Plastic injection
* THE IMPORTANT WORKING RELATIONSHIPS (Important connections/contacts between departments or customers)
+ BODs and all heads of department
+ Related Dept. ( QAC, Subcontract, PPIC, Warehouse, IE…)

* Educations : University
- Working experiences: 1 years experience
- Saturday half day working
