- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verifications

- The monthly salary range is between 6,000,000 VND and 10,000,000 VND and will be determined by candidates skills and abilities in the interview
