- Drive insurance product penetration in the existing FEC cardholder base. Drive sales through upfront as well as post sales channel.
- Devise new insurance product & propositions for our identified target segment. Work with MKT and CS to continuously seek feedback from customers and devise new propositions based on the same. Continuously scan the market for competition trends as well as for any new developments in the insurance product and proposition.
- Work with various divisions/centers within CCBC to roll out new insurance propositions and improve the sales channel productivity as well as launch new age digital channels for insurance acquisition.
- Improvise the process and enhance the customer experience.
- Own the proposition P & L. Also ensure that all legal and compliance related aspects to Insurance proposition are fully complied with on an ongoing basis.
- Graduate with at least 4-5 years of experience and achievements in the credit cards business.
- At least 2-3 years in a credit card industry with detailed understanding of credit cards, spends, insurance proposition on credit cards, and other linked revenue and cost drivers of credit cards.
- Basic understanding of the Credit Card Business P&L, recurring payment proposition on cards, revenue drivers, ENR, fee structure, card payment hierarchy etc.
