Client Satisfaction Staff

 Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactivemcommunication with the clients
 Search and analyze new business potentials and work together with seniormembers of the company to reach the goals
 Handle on-going issues between partners
 Suggest solutions and alternatives following the guideline and policy of the company to solve issues
 Implement tasks and projects of the company with senior members.
 English interpretation, translation administration job when required by the company and clients

 Fluent English communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing
 Understand of Beauty including cosmetics and Vietnamese consumers
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 Strong phone, email, social media contact handling skills and active listening
 Knowledge of market trends, consumer preferences and in all areas ofmarketing is preferred
 A Bachelors degree is required

 Salary: negotiable
 Working Time: Mon – Fri on working day, from 9A.M to 5P.M
 A period of Probation: 1 month
