Cfo/coo (Lương 1,200-1,500 USD)

Winston is one of the fastest growing early childhood education chain in Hanoi, with more than 10 centers established in the past year alone. Our mission is to provide quality American/UK Language and Math education and care for children in a convenient location within 900m around the kids’s home from the early age of 2 years old. Our purpose is to become the leading “early education supermarket” player in Vietnam. We are looking for solid and calibre CFO/COO to join us to write an industry transformation success story.
As the CFO/COO of the system, you will work with the Founder - CEO as a trusted partner and take care of all day to day operations and finance responsiblities so that the Founder/CEO can focus on Marketing, Sales and Innovation. More details will be discussed during the interview.

We’re looking for candidate with more than 15 years of experience as COO/CFO of companies with more than 500 employees and revenue of more than USD 10m/annum. You should have higher education accounting/finance degree and specialist education degrees like ACCA, CPA, CFA will be a huge advantage.
A a small startup, we are looking to people who understand the goods and bads of working for a fast growing startup, with all its mess and merits. We are not a big corporate, so we hope you read our JD with a little more care before applying.
