1. Daily routine
- Ensure reward activities (salary, PIT, Insurance, Employee’s benefits) within established budgets and the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Liaise with managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organizations overall reward strategy.
- Provide budget forecast for salary, PIT, Insurance, employee’s benefits
- Staff development: provide periodically performance feedback; on the job coaching; training & development
- Provide guideline & instruction to direct subordinates
- Ensure Employee Information Database Time attendance Management system and (Orion) to be updated and maintain properly
- Continuously reviewed and enhanced the compensation and benefits programs to ensure its competitiveness with the industry.
- Oversee general affairs related activities such as office management, visa application, general administration, etc..
2. Report
- Provide monthly reports to internal departments (such as staff cost), and external authorities (PIT, Labor reports, Social Insurance, etc..)
- Provide other reports related to staff’s compensation & benefits as required
- Participate, deploy, monitor, and implement projects related to PIT, salary, grading, staff benefits, and insurance. Ensure progress, time and quality of project meet expectations.
3. System development
- Develop & maintain payroll & staff salary history data management system; leave management system; rostering system; PIT & allowance system to make sure that the systems support the business needs
- Develop related policies and procedures to be in line with the hospital policies
