1. Job Purpose:
- Make of plan, implement and supports marketing activities related to their brand as assigned by the Marketing Director.
- Besides, the Brand Manager coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure effective business delivery following directly Management`s direction.
2. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Building & developing Marketing plan /brand plan assigned by Marketing Director for every brand, monthly, quarterly, yearly to make sure that the company could bring the highest business performance, the highest possible percentage of Gross profit with effective A&P limited budget.
- Proposing and implementing marketing plans for the category under the brand vision covering all elements of the marketing mix (product, price, place and promotion) to deliver the market share, sales volume, revenue and profit growth objectives of the assigned brand
- Collaborating with market research and responsible for understanding consumer insight of different generation: Understanding consumer’s behaviors, habits, usage, and attitudes through research reports, talking directly to consumers, etc.: making focus groups and blind test & competitor’s product for new project
- Working with agency for brand communication development ATL & BTL such as TVC, outdoors, print, POSM, activation ... Preparing briefs presentation to agencies and get approval from creative ideas. Participate in all process of production and handle media management after getting the media plan approval
- Coordinating to related internal department, deploy new project development as new project, trade promotion, consumer promotion, public relationship, branding and updating working the approved working schedule.
- Conducting a regular market visit and brand performance review to understand the issues and opportunities for brand development.
- Monitoring and reporting related to brand performance, sales value and ATL/BTL performance.
- Manages an Assistant Brand Manager, the Brand Manager is responsible for providing leadership, coaching, development and motivation.
