1. Manage Campus Admission Team:
- Plan, organize, assign and supervise all tasks relating to admissions and working timetable/shifts for team members including: student recruitment & retention, student attendance check, fee collection, receiving complaints, food, school bus, student events, parent events…
- Make timely and accurate admissions reports and student care reports to Campus Operation Manager and Admission Department at Head Office.
2. New Student Recruitment Activities:
- Propose and support Campus Operation Manager on campus admissions targets, and predicting number of classes for new school year, new summer course based on campus capacity.
- Make campus admission plan, proactively and initiatively suggest and conduct admission activities, which will be done by campus admissions teams with the support from campus academic teams to achieve and exceed the admission targets.
- Assign and supervise team members to do tele-sale on database or parents list to follow up.
- Coordinate with all relevant departments to make and follow the detailed agenda, checklist, operation for all campus admission events to ensure the smooth and successful events based on the approved budget, plan and VAS standards.
- Train and coach consulting skills, experiences to team members at campus as monthly/weekly training schedule registered with Admission Department at Head Office.
3. Student Care Activities:
- Organize, supervise and ensure campus student care activities including food, school bus, events, outdoor trips, extra curriculum, student attendance, student health checkup, student birthday… to be implemented as procedures to deliver excellent customer services to VAS students and parents.
- Handle complaints from parents as the complaint management procedure to ensure all complaints are responded within 24 hours and completely solved in a professional & dedicated manner, as well as to reduce the complaints and risks, which could satisfy and increase the trust to parents and students.
- Ensure campus’s debt collection as procedure.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationship with parents, well understand their needs and manage their expectation to build the trust and bring the best possible values to parents and students.
4. Student Retention Activities:
- Coordinate with other relevant departments to hold periodic parent meetings, coffee mornings, transition days for timely support and action to achieve the retention target.
