Acount Manager

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer
- Planning and deploying IT products / Applications to support the customer business requirements
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new customers
- Ensure the business indicators are delivered on sales, profits, customers.
- Working with customers throughout the course of project implementation
- Ensures that IT initiatives are met in a timely manner and within a prescribed budget

- College, university Graduated
- IT / IT Operation experience
- Good with communication and presentation at all levels and including with C Level, highly motivated, passionate about business, knowing to handle conflicts, difficulties and to work independent as well as a team player
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
- Highly skilled in building and taking care of customer relationships
- 1 years of experience as an account manager (especially in the IT)
- Speaking English. The interview will be in English
