WE’RE HIRING –LAWYER (NON-LITIGATION)

We are looking for a dedicated Lawyer to join our team. This role focuses on providing legal advisory services for investment and construction projects involving land use (real estate, housing, industrial zones, etc.) for both domestic and foreign investors. The lawyer may also handle commercial matters related to investment, such as contract negotiation and drafting.

Key responsibilities:

&bull Conduct legal due diligence, provide legal advice, and prepare investment licensing applications for real estate, commercial, and industrial projects.

&bull Work with government authorities regarding investment licensing procedures.

&bull Advise, negotiate, draft contracts, and finalize transactions for investment deals.

&bull Legal translation.

✔ Legal expertise: Strong knowledge of investment and construction projects, including the Investment Law, Land Law, Real Estate Business Law, Housing Law, PPP Law, and regulatory transitions. Understanding of construction, finance, and taxation is a plus.

✔ Skills:

&bull Strong legal advisory and legal drafting skills.

&bull Proficiency in English (reading, legal translation, and contract drafting). The ability to communicate and advise clients in English is an advantage.

&bull Proficient in office software, with attention to detail in document presentation.

&bull Excellent communication skills, honesty, proactiveness, and responsibility.

✔ Experience: Minimum 3&ndash5 years in a similar role, with proven experience handling investment projects.

✔ Education & Certification:

&bull Bachelor&rsquos degree in Law.

&bull Lawyer&rsquos Practicing Certificate.

???? Salary: From 20,000,000 VND/month (negotiable based on ability), plus year-end bonuses, case-based incentives, and holiday bonuses.

4. Working Hours & Location:

???? Full-time (Monday to Friday).

???? Main Office: Le & Associates Law Firm, The Sun Building, Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi.

???? Travel: Possible work trips to other provinces depending on project requirements.
