Warehouse Leader

* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
- Be responsible for warehouse control, transfer.
* RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Supervise subordinate performance to ensure meeting other dept’s request.
- Control workers to ensure they comply with company rule and work well.
- Control, manage goods in warehouse to ensure proper inventory.
- Supervise goods in and out of warehouse.
- Ensure transfer activity from production to warehouse work smoothly.
- Control and supervise forklift truck and drivers.
- Ensure warehouse in clean and good condition.
- Arrange subordinate to work overtime if need.
- Training new warehouse keeper, staff, workers.
- Inform warehouse Manager if any problems happening in warehouse.
- Other work concerning warehouse.
- HSE work ( as HSE Job des. )
* WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
* Internal Relationship:
- Loading team, Repacking team, Log planning team.
- QA, Prod, MMD, HR, Procurement.
* External Relationship:
- Truck and forklift supplier.
* REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
* Superior:
- Warehouse and distribution Manager.
* Subordinate:
- Warehouse and transfer worker, leader.

* EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience:
- At least 05 years in Warehouse Leader at manufactturing companiesOver 3 year experience in warehouse supervisor job.
- Can communication in English
- Can use ERP system
- Good experience in Warehouse Management
- Hardworking & Intelligent.
* CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
* Working full time in SG1, An Binh warehouse at Song than Industrial park, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam.
