- Plan for weekly maintenance relevant to construction works at office/ sales gallery, landscape at park,
repair infrastructure
- Implement own maintenance works in accordance to time, safety, quality requirement & cost saving
- Arrange suitable resources & close monitor worker’s performance to handle assigned tasks
- Give ideas to mitigate any obstruction which might impact to own maintenance works
- Maintain daily work record, monthly record for submission to Section Head
- Any other duties that may be assigned time to time by the Management

- Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Civil and Construction Engineering/ Mechanical and Electricity/
Architectural/ Landscape or Horticulture
- No limit to age and experience
- Auto CAD drawings know: can draw construction drawings, construction completion drawings
- Knowledgeable construction systems: electrical, HVAC, Fire, piping, elevators, BMS, ELV systems
(data, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, telephone ...)
- Good leadership and supervisory skills
