- Own full spectrum human resources management which include of headcount planning & reporting, recruitment, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognition, performance management, employee relations & communication, learning & development and overall well-being of employee.
- Manage payroll administration and required statutory contributions, timely compiling and submission of HR report.
- Administer employee benefits program and recommend changes to ensure competitiveness.
- Execute HR best practices, policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Lead employee on/off boarding process and procedure.
- Responsible for maintaining personnel files and employee database ensuring they are up to date.
- Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in developing sources of qualified candidates, screening, testing and selection of applicants.
