-Controlling cutting plan follow production plan, Print/embroidery status and plan
-Following input status and ready input to supply for sewing line.
-Effectively, efficiently, monitor entirely activities of cutting department. Responsible for fabric consumption, responsible for bulk cutting and necessary pattern changes if required.
-Cutting production planning, scheduling, balancing, bottle neck management.
-Meeting production target and delivery deadline.
-Training and developing staff, multiple skilling and motivation.
-Responsible for spreading process, fabric, cutting internal control.
-To feed sewing section smoothly with regular input.
-Liable for failing cutting schedule.

-Have experience about pattern and mini marker.
-Have knowledge about fabric nature, fabric defect, fabric shrinkage and all pre-cutting activities.
-University Degree
-Proficient in English and office computer
-Dynamic, assertive, able to work under high pressure
-Have at least 2 years of experience in the same position
-Male: 28-40 years-old
-Prefer local candidates or neighboring provinces
