- Assist Property Manager in Project Management Operation.
- Make regulation, document (Fit Out Guide line, Handbook, regulation for staff …)and registration form and make sure it always enough for any team using
- Do any task related to improve campus of project at present and future ( Fence, clearing ground, parking for workers, residents, grass, Signage, Notification….)
- Manage performance day by day of Security, Cleaning, garbage, Landscaping, parking Team. Do the training time by time for other service teams (Security, Cleaning)
- Check and control monthly report of service companies
- Intruction, check and manage the contractor to abide the rules of fit out and repair, installation
- Manage all matter of maintenance through Chief Engineer: electric, water, repairing defect, treatment water of camal, greenway, light, generator, buying equipment,…
- Take over house from Construction team and Handover to customers
- Inform to residents about brief information, regulation, security home manual. Supporting residents in registration the electric, water, internet, temporary residence, permanent residence,..
- Take care of residents and solve complaint of residents
- Organize the event or create more utility for residents in future
- Do the patrol of public area 1- 2 time/day or whenever need
- Weekly meeting and report or some special case report

- Male. Graduate.
- Experience 1-2 years of project assistant or equivalent.
