- Provide administrative support to the General Manager
- Work with the General Manager to prioritize working schedule
- Prepare, set up or coordinate meetings, conference
- Prepare and manage documents, memos for the General Manager
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filling and confidential letters
- Be involved in company social functions when required, such as, meeting with government officers, important clients...
- Be the key person to follow up all activities of the company
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
