- Conduct the Orientation, Soft skills, Organizational policies and procedures Training for employees.
- Coordinate, schedule and maintain all internal & external training courses by monthly / quarterly.
- Follow-up, post-evaluation after training.
- Provide effective Training logistics (training facilities, training request, cost, photo documents, files, set up room / make video training, schedules location, date / time, materials, attendance and etc.)
- Manage, track, update and maintain training materials, training data.
