- Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations
- Scheduling working calendar, meeting calendar , travel arrangement; manage meeting arrangement including room booking, presentation set up, presentation material.
- Typing and editing documents, such as: site instruction, meeting of minute, contact, weekly/monthly report…; Processing translations.
- Implementation and reporting of the implementation of the rules on time, the personnels working style construction .
- Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department.
- Ordering and keep stock of stationary supplies for the department.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required.
