●Collaborate with dev and product team to provide feedback and guidance to setting the test strategies.
●Can control quality of software and also evaluate the risk, defect can happen in developing new features or revising current ones.
● Performs thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
●Propose ideas and realize ideas
●Have high logical thinking, good analytical and problem solving skills.

●Good experience in manual testing for web-based and standalone applications
●Good experience in writing new test cases based on requirements
●Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority
●Experience in developing, documenting and implementing quality assurance standards
●Experience with cross browser, cross platform and responsive testing (PC, mobile and tablet)
● Control testing operations and quality of the project
● Report bugs, evaluate serious levels and impacts of bugs in the system
●Support team management together with Leader
