* Job scope:
- Assist in implementing all spectrum of HRA functions for Hanoi Branch covering Admin, Recruitment, Employee Relation, HRIS and other tasks are assigned by Senior HRBP Officer.
* HR responsibilities:
- Recruitment: assist in Part-time recruitment: post in various channels to attract candidates, screen, contact for interview, prepare logistics for walk-in interview.
- Employee relation: support in organize employee engagement events such as: Monthly Birthday, Sport Day, Year-end party, Charity, other team-building activities.
- HRIS: in charge of check, update any change in employee information in Cadena system.
- C&B: support in collect document for Insurance, PIT, etc.
- Support HR team to organize employer branding activities in universities
* Admin responsibilities:
- Be in charge of administrative activities for RSC including not limited to visitors, telephone calls, courier service, stationery, water, tissue office equipment maintenance, time keeping machine, taxi card, name card, etc.
- Follow, control and make payment requests of RSC office expenses such as telephone, internet, water, stationery, taxi, parking refreshment and other
- Supervise tea-lady to ensure office in good condition.
- Update monthly admin fee.
- Assist all North stores to order stationery, equipment, water, print ink and follow-up the deliveries and payment
- Support follow, make payment other fee such as for telephone, internet, taxi, and rubbish cleaning.
- Support to submitting promotion, working with government authorization
- Notarize, record driving licenses of Ops- Bachelor in HR, Business Administration, Economics Office management or related field.
Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year related working experience prefer at FDI Company
- Have knowledge of office management, general HR
- Skills: English, Computer, Negotiation, Teamwork.
