- Apply safety agenda in the daily job, operate and execute in qualitative way the required processes, while improving the key performance indicators and production losses. Strive for shop floor excellence, improving reached level.
* PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
* SAFETY, FOOD SAFETY & SUSTAINABILITY
- Works according to the defined and applied HEINEKEN Safety, Food safety and Sustainability standards, and local regulation(s) for the Brewing department.
- Contributes, applies and follows Safety agenda in Brewing department. Identify safety points that need improvement. Proposes the actions to close the gap.
- Participates in safety teams.
* QUALITY OF THE PROCESS AND PRODUCT
- Executes all the quality checks in line with the standards and procedures on all machines and processes.
- Executes inspection of the materials to be sure that quality is not compromised.
- Report deviations and inform Brewing Team Leader for that. Take an initiative for corrective / preventive measures.
- Initiates improvement activities, in case of deviation.
* TPM AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Recognises the tags and initiate improvement opportunities to solve them. Keeps tagging system updated.
- Initiates starting of improvement activities and leads most of them.
- Executes the 5S, Tagging process, CILT and applies problem solving tools.
- Leads improvement teams.
* PROCESS MANAGEMENT
- Operates and executes all brewing operational process(es) on machine in line with the valid standards and procedures.
- Manages documentation and reporting (systems) of the area of working till his / her level of authority.
- Follows how machine is functioning and influencing the process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement activities, in case of deviations report to the Brewing Team Leader.
* EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
- Operates with all machines / process(es), within Brewing & Utilities.
- Executes basic maintenance of core machines.
