Technical Manager

- Feasibility study, basic design, planning investment proposal and leading to implement project effectively, then test run, put into operation and hand over to production site.
- Create ideas, feasibility study, promote plan to improve productivity, quality, TCR and safety.
- Plan, technical support, direct suppervise, promote people to support job holder to complete the job well.
- Investigate, propose action plan, direct/co-ordinate with other department to solve problem related to Safety / Environment / Technical more effectively.
- Promote yearly activities plan, organize training/ practice for factory wide to ensure safety first in factory, and comply environment.
- Plan, execute for any risk preventive projects as a leader to make operation become normal or better condition to prevent big problem may happen in future.
- Keep relationship with government to update rule to ensure our safety and environment to be done properly.
- Organize / Career plan / training plan / evaluation for indirect staff to growth up their job, and also prepare successor level.

- University graduation. Major in Technical fields (Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical /,..)
- At least 5 years experience, has experience of project management, engineering sense
- Understand well production system; ISO 14001:2015 , ISO 45001:2018
- Basic design skill, planning, trouble solving, quality control…
- Basic accounting, budget control, product concept
- Intermediate in English
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, Internet, PowerPoint)
- CV in English with picture
- Wage: Agreement
