- Manage/ Liaise with production and other departments in fulfilling band plans/ achieving headcounts and issues with regard to worker management.
- Follow up performance appraisal contract extension for staff level up in accurately & on time.
- Ensure all procedures and documentation with regard to terminations is being completed.
- Handle Discipline, solve daily problem related to HR as well as maintain industrial relationships.
- Coordinate with C&B team to ensure employees getting compensate on their contribution on time.
- Follow up and consolidate performance review for all staff per quarter.
- Responsible in managing Administration tasks which is included: food supplying service to ensure food safety & hygiene, cleaning service to ensure workshop hygiene, Security Service to ensure facility, employees and properties are in secure manner, garden service is maintenance.
- Follow up all matters related to working Hours / HSE & HR document & make sure all documents are comply with law requirements.
