•Has excellent communication and organizational skills and in charge of the day-to-day office admin tasks as well as departments to ensuring office providers in high customer service level.
•The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
•This role reporting to General Manager.
•Be responsible for all Admin-related matters of the office from Admin perspectives
•Search for goods/services suppliers with the best merchandise at the lowest possible cost
•Coordinating company business activities: Organize logistics for the firms events such as Management meetings, Regional Visits and other events if any
•Lead the Employee Engagement activities
•Other duties as assigned by the Manager
