Store Keeper (Spare Parts) - Ha Noi

* PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

- Ensure the availability of spare parts at lowest inventory level within approved budget

- Monitor and control maintenance cost as per budget

* KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Transaction activities : 

- Inventory Procedures (good receipt, good issuing, repair of repairable, stock counting and physical inventory correction)

- Spare parts classification. Requirements for spare parts and lubricant master data and procedures to store data

- Sustain 5S for spare parts store and lubrication storage

* Monthly stock and cost management :

- To be responsible for monthly stock report, reorder Stock Items to ensure spare parts available for maintenance

- Monitor and control the monthly maintenance cost

* Spare part management: 

- Keep equipment in their basic conditions and maintaining product integrity and safety conditions. 

- Work with maintenance team leaders to establish spare part list and safety stock based on equipment and category

- To work with maintenance team leaders to optimize inventory, analyse stock turnover, non-movers and obsoletes

- Monitor safety stock and raise request to purchase

- Follow up delivery

- Update part information in CMMS 

- Owner work preparation area

- Sustain 5S in store

* Coordinate with FD/ Purchasing:

- To cooperate with Purchasing staff for spare parts ordering and receiving based on safety stock.

- To cooperate with Finance staff for stock take, report and optimization of stock cost

- Identification of obsolete items and write off plan

* Others:

- Other relevant jobs assigned by Engineering manager.

- Experience with industrial equipment

- Good knowledge of inventory planning and control 

- Good at cost control and reporting

- Good at organizational and interpersonal skills

- Good team player

- Results & quality oriented

- Good at excel

- Computer literate (Spreadsheet building skills)

- English Proficiency: Basic Level.
