- Assist customers for their inquiry and quotation
- Collating documents and translation
- Word processing (Packing List)
- Collating contact information of Customer
- Complete the business executive assignment
- Communicate with supplier any changes or additional details
- 協助客戶詢價和報價事宜
- 負責部門相關文件之整理、翻譯，建檔及追蹤
- 文書處理 (出貨單)
- 顧客連絡資料建檔
- 完成業務主管交辦事項
- 與供應商進行溝通，問題追蹤及解決

- Proficient in Chinese (speaking, reading listening and writing)
- Proficient in EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Age 22 to 30 years old.
- Enthusiasm, optimism, easygoing, want to learn, self-motivated, active, and accept work stress.
- Working address: 60 Ao Đôi, KP6, Bình Tân, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam
- Strong interpret, good oral and written expression, and self-confidence in listening, empathy and serving others
- Salary: USD 500~1000 (negotiable)
- 精通中文（聽說讀寫）
- 精通辦公司軟體(包含EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT,GOOGLE SHEET)
- 至少有1年工作經驗。
- 年齡22至30歲。
- 熱情，樂觀，隨和，想學習，有上進心，主動，可以接受工作壓力。
- 工作地址： 60 Ao Đôi, KP6, Bình Tân, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam
- 解讀力強，具備良好的口語與文字表達能力，並且具備傾聽、同理心與服務他人的自信心
