Sales Support Fluent English - Furniture Industry

- Follow orders, update delivery time
- Work closely with factories/ couriers/ suppliers
- Work directly with oversea customers by email mostly.
- Paper works: Issue PI, Invoice, Packing List, Offer,...
- Arrange sea/air shipments
- Solve if any problem issue
- Report to Director

- 1 year experience (but not a must)
- Good at English
- Good at Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Hard working, open minded, careful, organized.
- It will be your advantages (but not must) if:
+ Understand international trade (Incoterm)
+ Have experience in furniture company.
- Work well under pressure
- Work independently

- Will be trained: Office skills, problem solving skills, email writing
- Will get social insurance after probation times.
