The opportunity
We are looking for Sales Superstars who have proven success in B2C telesales in any industry or product and who are looking to take the NEXT STEP in their career into Sales Management (e.g. banking, insurance, timeshare, real estate etc.)
You will be trained, mentored and coached by an inspiring foreigner leader with over 15 years of sales experience (5+ years in Vietnam) selling a wide variety of products in over 10 countries.
After completion of the initial 6-week’s paid training, you will qualify as a Trainee Sales Manager, leading your own team of 10-12 Telesales representatives selling Membership Loyalty Programs on behalf of luxury 5* hotels in Vietnam.
We are a GLOBAL company with offices in 72 countries and more than 400 cities. We have offices in Saigon, Hanoi and Da Nang with available opportunities in each of these cities for the BEST candidates.

What we need from you
· Must speak fluent English (written & spoken) and Vietnamese
· Proven sales track record
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be results driven with a good personality and a “can do” attitude

· Willing to take on challenges
· Background in hospitality industry is an advantage
