* Job Description

- Develop and implement a Strategic plan to develop and grow the business.

- Should be a strong leader, a self-starter and have a proven track record in business development

- Excellent in relationship building, conducting seminars and presentations.

- Capable of managing and motivating a team of engineers and offices, independently.

- Achieve targets as set by the management from time to time.

- Energetic, intelligent, good business acumen, result oriented and with the right attitude.

- Report all work / activity to Country Business Manager

* Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

- 8-10 years working experience in selling industrial products in Vietnam.

- Having HVAC background and selling to the pharma industry will be an advantage.

- Fluent in English, speaking & writing.

- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
