*** Responsibilities
- According to the company development strategy, formulate corresponding sales tactics and annual sales target.
- Develop the Vietnam market and local agents, find potential customers in same industry, establish a good partnership.
- Look for quality suppliers,establish core shipping company resources for the first-hand market freight rate. Expand local services, sign local trailers, customs declaration enterprises, etc.
- Understand and explore customer needs, collect advantages and characteristics of the companys products, setup sales training system, and improve training courses and training courses for salesmen.
- Develop customers in a variety of ways to ensure the companys sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely completion of the collection of accounts
- According to the company development plan, formulate marketing strategy, set annual sales target.
- Set up sales echelon construction, lead the team and complete the sales KPI.
- Develop and explore customer needs in Vietnam,deal with customers’ feedback, follow up and evaluate customers’ satisfaction.
- Ensure completion of accounts collection.
- Other matters assigned by general manager
