Job description:
- Maintaining business relationship, take care of existing customers.
- Plan and organize work schedule daily, weekly, monthly. Implement business plan has been approved.
- Customer contact and records all customer information. Report content customer contact during the day for Sales Manager.
- Getting customer orders and deals with them conditions: price, product quality, delivery time... and pass to Sales officers (Sales indoor) who be incharge to proceed the next steps.
- Receiving and handling customer complaints about product quality, delivery time...
- Follow up orders and urging customers payment problems.
- Trading, learn customer needs.
- Search for potential customers.
- Working location: Tan Binh District, HCMC.
